Our 3rd stay at the same hotel and was excellent as usual. The location is wonderful, convenient and safe. The room meets our expectations and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would like to thank to the luggage porter Mustafa. He was so kind and helpful, very good at his job. Also the concierge was really really helpful as I had some queries. Many thanks..
Enjoyed a lovely overnight stay at Copthorne Tara having stayed many times previously. What made this stay special was the amazing hospitality of Noemi at reception. We had arrived early of a long flight and although our room was not ready, Noemi contacted house keeping and secured a room immediately. Fantastic customer service and very warm and friendly staff throughout , but especially on arrival!! Thank you Noemi . Great value Hotel and brilliant location for the London tube and bus routes ( 2 minutes walk from Hotel front door) ! Very short distance from central London west end ensuring that we will be staying again!
We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. A special mention goes to Jamila at reception, who kindly expedited our check-in time and provided such a warm and friendly service. She truly made us feel welcome from the very beginning. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

My usual stay when I'm in London. Specially I would like to give credits to both Mr Jay & Sridhar (engineers of the hotel) for helping me out when I couldn't get my luggage unlocked. They also rectified my warmer which was not functioning well during my stay. Staff of this hotel also promptly attend to my needs. The service and the care from this hotel is excellent. Very much recommend
Used as a base for an event in Kensington, the location was perfect and the hotel was great value, good sized room with all the required facilities. Out stay included breakfast and we were lucky enough to be attended to by Theresa in the club lounge. Theresa was so friendly, approachable and although extremely busy, she remained calmed under pressure and very attentive. Front of house reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. All in all a great stay and we will definitely return and recommend the Copthorne Tara to others.
Our stay at Copthorne Tara was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast spread was amazing — fresh, delicious, and with so many options to choose from. What made it even more enjoyable was the warmth in service during breakfast, especially from Soumya, whose friendly and attentive approach added a lovely personal touch. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience felt smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The reception team was courteous and efficient throughout our stay. Would gladly return and recommend it to others.
As a working/travelling Kiwi it was my first real time in London, socially. I had the privilege of my buddy being my personal tour guide for the weekend including choosing this hotel. Couldn't fault it at all...Friendly attentive staff, exceptionally clean and gr8 sized rooms. Definitely would visit again and for one of the most sought after areas in London it was not a disappointment at all. Thanks for a gr8 stay
